Terms Of Service

Studio Yelo operates out of a private home studio, so professionalism and respect are essential.

Please arrive on time and respect the neighborhood, no loud noise or loitering outside.
Only approved guests may attend the session; no unannounced visitors.
No smoking, or drugs are permitted anywhere on the property.
Food and drinks are allowed, but keep them away from gear and treated areas.
Treat the space and equipment with care, this is both a creative space and a home.
Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate end of the session without refund.

Studio Yelo – Terms of Service

A non-refundable deposit of [20%] is required to secure your session date.
Remaining balances are due at the end of the session unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
Rates are billed per hour or per project, as agreed upon before the session.

Please arrive on time and prepared for the session.
Only booked clients and approved guests are allowed in the studio during sessions.
The studio reserves the right to end a session early if behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
Food and drink are allowed but should be kept away from equipment, water bottles will always be provided.

Session files, stems, and mixes will be delivered in digital format after final payment.
The studio retains session files for 30 after completion unless otherwise agreed.
Backup and long-term file storage are the client’s responsibility.
Raw session files can be provided upon request at no additional charge

Mixes include [2] revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions or alternate versions (radio edits, instrumentals, etc.) may incur extra fees.

Please credit Studio Yelo (and/or any engineer or producer you have worked with) for production, recording, or mixing where applicable.
Example: Mixed by Luke Cooper at Studio Yelo.

Studio Yelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.
The studio is not liable for data loss after files have been delivered.
Clients are responsible for any damages to studio equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

All recordings remain property of the client upon full payment.
Studio Yelo reserves the right to reference completed projects (audio, video, or photos) for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
